There once was a woman whose house
was home to far more than one mouse
Though she bade them to leave
they ignored heartfelt pleas,
so she had no choice but to de-louse
Bold husband concocted his snares
tightly wired and placed with great care
Snap! Snap! went the traps
and that ended that.
New mousies had best be bewares!!
Laughed out loud – love it!Sent from my iPad

It’s been quite an uphill battle!

Hannah and I tag team v the mice. She sets the traps. Once successful she puts a notch (with a sharpie) on the trap to record another victoire. I take them back to nature as part of the cycle of life. Hope you two are on the mend.

I love the sharpie “notches”! Too funny! Other than an overfull stomach from overindulging in lemon squares, I was never sick. Kurt was diagnosed with something tick-borne yesterday and is now on antibiotics.

Now that almost had me spitting out a sip of coffee from laughing. Oh my. Hmmm, do they make mouse flavored cat food? I hope your issue is all taken care of!

What a timely limerick for my own mouse in house conflict. Good on you for giving them their eviction notice. Just bought my own eviction notices this morning. lol

Let’s hope they pay attention to that notice…and the mounting death toll!

Bwahahaha! Love your limerick. Perfect subject for this time of the year…. because now’s when the “mousies” try to get into your house …with the cold winter approaching.
